1. Payment Methods
We accept online payments via Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) with options for cash or UPI at the time of delivery. Please select your preferred payment method at checkout.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and the checkout is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. No further action is required from your side.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers may modify or cancel their orders within 4 hours of placement. After this period, orders will proceed to dispatch, and changes may not be possible. To request a change or cancellation, please contact us through the mobile number provided in the confirmation email.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver only within a 20 km radius from Imphal. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability maximum upto 5 days. Please note that any orders outside this delivery range will not be accepted, and payments, if made, will be refunded within 2 working days.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original, sellable condition. To initiate an exchange, please contact us through the mobile number provided in your confirmation email.
6. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately using the mobile number provided in your order confirmation. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or exchange where eligible.
7. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees; the total amount at checkout is the final price you will pay.
8. Customer Responsibility for COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure that payment is ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery agents accept both cash and UPI payments upon delivery.
